Towry Law takes further office space in Cobalt Square

Acting on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management, Jones Lang LaSalle has let 4,256 sq ft of newly refurbished office space on the 12th floor of Cobalt Square in Birmingham to Towry Law Services Ltd. The financial services firm has agreed a new ten-year lease at a rent of £14.50 per sq ft.
Commenting on the deal Jonathan Fear, director of Jones Lang LaSalle's Office Agency team in Birmingham office, said: "This letting not only increases the amount of space now occupied by Towry Law but also reflects well upon the quality of the refurbishment works that Towry Law wanted to grow in the building."
Cobalt Square is one of the Edgbaston's most iconic buildings located in a prime position on Hagley Road. The building, which has just been extensively refurbished, boasts a contemporary design and now benefits from an excellent specification.
