The eagerly awaited external refurbishment of this iconic building is now fully underway! LaSalle Investment Management, following their extensive refurbishment of the offices, toilets and reception area, are now creating a bold statement with the external appearance of Cobalt Square. Running along the theme of Cobalt Blue, Cobalt Square will look crisp and contemporary, incorporating blue reflective window film, blue window frames, a freshly cleaned façade and bespoke lighting design.
Due for completion by November 2007, the external appearance of Cobalt Square will now reflect the high class refurbished accommodation inside.
